For first-time buyers, I'm an educator first. I wrote Home Loan Made Simple because a buyer who understands the process makes better decisions and feels more confident at the closing table. I walk you through every step, in English or Spanish, so nothing catches you off guard.
For investors, I speak your language because I'm one of you. I own rental properties myself, and I also run an accounting practice. That means I understand cash flow, returns, and how an underwriter will read your tax returns before we ever apply.
